Dear Participants,

First of all, thank you for your registration and contribution for ICONE18.

If you cannot depart from your country because of ash from the volcano in Iceland, please inform us no later than May 16 (May 17 is the Registration Day). We'll cancel your registration and presentation, the refund of the relative fees also will be arranged.

On May16th-17th,there will be conference shuttle bus service between airport and conference venue.The sevice should be paied at the price of 50yuan(RMB). Please click here to download a Conference Shutlle Reservation Form. When you complete the form, please send it to the contact person mentioned in the file.
All the rooms at both Xi'an International Conference Center (four-star) and Xi'an Garden Hotel (four-star) have been overbooked, therefore,we are not able to accept any further room reservation for the hotel made after April 15, 2010.
